We would be lying if we said cause we were being just nice. We are a small Mom & Pop operation offering years of IT, customer service, and project management skills to keep this operation a smooth running, low overhead site. We also, being a family with medical workers in it, understand that most employers don't have the funds to absorb the high costs of advertising job openings. This hit home with Us, and made us target our pricing to allow all sizes of Employers to post their job openings with us. |

| While remaining low priced, what free services do you offer? |

Right now, we want to offer as much no-cost services to both the job-poster and the job hunter. Our job searches are free, and in the future we plan on adding more free services. This includes, Company Pages where Job Posters can tell you all the benefits their company offers to their employees. We also plan to include a Resume building tool, that would make it easy to list your skills on line, and have a resume that you can even reference with it's own unique url, for adding to your paper resume's. Don't blink, we have big plans for this site, and we hope you are a part of them. |

A Job Seeker Profile is a custom web page containing information you have provided for employers and recruiters to see. As you guess now, this profile is used to advertise your job skills to those looking for talent like you. |

Nothing. Job Seeking services are free. |

Yes, not only are these profiles available for our registered employer and recruiters to see, but each profile is given a unique URL. This means you can use this URL for your own purposes of showing your profile to others. You can put it on your website, your email signatures, or on a business card. |

| I have a concern about personal contact information on these Job Seeker Profiles, do I have to give all my personal information? |

No, you do need for an employer or recruiter to get in contact with you, so you need to give a contact name and email address. Information like address, phone numbers, etc, are strictly voluntary. |

| What is the up front cost to create a Job Posting. |

Nothing. You can register and create a Job Posting, and only when you are satisfied with its completion, do you have to pay anything for us to activate it. |

| I have one Job Position, but 5 Job Openings in it, how many Job Postings do I need to purchase. |

One. Just keep the Job Posting active till you have filled all your openings. No need to purchase 5 Job Postings since it's the same job position, and all the information should be similar. |

You should receive a notification from us within 24 hours about the status of your Job Postings. Typically this is information that we have performed the administration steps to get your Job Posting searchable/viewable by this Site's visitors. Occasionally this notification occurs in the hour you completed the payment process. |
